The Brazilian electricity regulator, ANEEL, approved the 4th Periodic Tariff Revision  for EDP Bandeirante. The approval comprised an average tariff increase of 16.14%.

Today, Moody's upgraded EDP to "Baa3" from "Ba1". The assigned outlook on all ratings is stable.

No seguimento da informação prestada ao mercado em 16 de Dezembro de 2014, relativamente ao acordo alcançado com a Redexis Gas, S.A., a EDP, através da sua subsidiária no negócio do gás em Espanha, concluiu a venda dos activos detidos pela Gas Energía Distribucion Murcia, parte integrante do perímetro de transacção acordado. O montante recebido hoje por estes activos ascende a 186 milhões de euros, resultando numa mais valia de c. 78 milhões de euros.

Today, Standard & Poor's Ratings Services affirmed its "BB+" long-term and "B' short-term corporate credit ratings on EDP and revised the outlook from stable to positive.

On April 13th, 2015, Qatar Holding Luxembourg II S.à.r.l notified EDP that transferred, on April 7th, 2015, to Qatar Holding LLC, 82,868,933 ordinary shares, representing 2.27% of the share capital and voting rights of EDP.

EDP Finance BV issued and priced today a Eurobond in the total amount of EUR 750,000,000 maturing in April 2025 with a coupon of 2%.
