Today, Standard & Poor's Ratings Services affirmed its "BB+" long-term and "B' short-term corporate credit ratings on EDP and revised the outlook from stable to positive.

EDP Distribuição - Energia, S.A., the Distribution Grid Operator for the Portuguese electricity system, a company wholly owned by the EDP Group, has entered into an agreement for the assignment, by means of a true sale without recourse to Tagus – Sociedade de Titularização de Créditos, S.A., of a portion of the 2012 CMEC annual adjustment Tariff Deficit.

No seguimento da informação prestada ao mercado em 16 de Dezembro de 2014, relativamente ao acordo alcançado com a Redexis Gas, S.A., a EDP, através da sua subsidiária no negócio do gás em Espanha, concluiu a venda dos activos detidos pela Gas Energía Distribucion Murcia, parte integrante do perímetro de transacção acordado. O montante recebido hoje por estes activos ascende a 186 milhões de euros, resultando numa mais valia de c. 78 milhões de euros.

Following the information released to the market on February 7th 2014, signing of shareholders" agreements and the obtainment of the relevant regulatory approvals, EDP - Energias do Brasil S.A. ("EDP Brasil") has completed the sale of 50% of 66.67% stake in the company holding the rights to develop the São Manoel hydro power plant project, to CWEI (Brasil) Participações Ltda., a subsidiary of China Three Gorges.

The Portuguese Energy Services Regulatory Authority ("ERSE") made public today the final document regarding the "Tariffs and prices for electricity and other services in 2015 and parameters for the 2015-2017 regulatory period" in Portugal. The published document does not introduce any material change when compared to the proposal presented by ERSE on last October, 15th.

EDP Renováveis S.A. entered today into an agreement with CWEI Brasil, a subsidiary of China Three Gorges, to sell an equity shareholding of 49% in both operational and under development wind farms in Brazil.

On October 20th, 2014, Capital World Growth and Income Fund ("WGI") notified EDP that it holds a qualifying shareholding of 74,416,508 ordinary shares of EDP, which corresponds to 2.04% of EDP's share capital and 2.04% of the respective voting rights.
