ENTAMA Portugal
Entrepreneurship
ENTAMA is EDP’s program to promote local entrepreneurship and sustainable development in the communities where the company operates in Portugal and Spain.
Since its launch in 2019, ENTAMA has been supporting entrepreneurial projects that foster innovation, create local employment and enhance local resources, contributing to the fight against depopulation and the strengthening of rural and semi-rural economies.
More than a financial support program, ENTAMA is a community. A space that believes in the power of local ideas to generate positive, long-lasting impact in the territories, placing people and communities at the centre of the energy transition.
Through investment, mentoring and partnerships, ENTAMA supports sustainable business models, promotes inclusion and equal opportunities, and reinforces EDP’s commitment to a fair, inclusive and locally rooted energy transition.

ENTAMA 2026
An open Iberian program activated by territory
In 2026, ENTAMA reaches a new stage of maturity, consolidating itself as a fully Iberian programme, integrated into EDP’s Community Engagement strategy in Portugal and Spain.
As a key new feature, ENTAMA is open throughout the year, with specific “Calls to action” activated progressively by geographical areas, in line with EDP’s assets, renewable projects and electricity distribution activities.
This flexible structure allows ENTAMA to adapt to the realities and opportunities of each territory, strengthening its proximity to local communities and its capacity to generate impact..
