Resignation of member of the GSB and appointment of a new representative

In accordance with paragraph a) of article 3 and no. 1, paragraph b) of article 7 of CMVM Regulation no. 5/2008, EDP – Energias de Portugal, S.A. (“EDP”) hereby informs that the representative of Senfora BV in the General and Supervisory Board of EDP, Mr. Mohamed Ali Al Fahim, has presented his resignation.

In replacement of Mr. Mohamed Ali Al Fahim, Senfora BV appointed Mr. Mohammed Issa Khalfan AlHuraimel AlShamsi as its representative in the General and Supervisory Board of EDP, as of the current date.
