EDP announces resignation of a member of the Executive Board of Directors
Lisbon, March 9th, 2026: Pursuant to and for the purposes of paragraph a) of Article 3(1) of CMVM Regulation no. 4/2023, EDP, S.A. (“EDP”) informs the market and the general public that, on this date, the member of the Executive Board of Directors, Pedro Collares Pereira de Vasconcelos, has tendered his resignation from his position, which will take effect on 30 April 2026. EDP will implement the appropriate measures to ensure compliance with applicable governance and compliance principles.
EDP thanks Pedro Collares Pereira de Vasconcelos for his significant contribution throughout his 19 years with the Group, including the last three years as a member of the Executive Board of Directors.
