EDP signs Asset Rotation deal for a 58 MW portfolio in Greece

Lisbon, July 31st, 2026: EDP, S.A. (EDP), through its 71.4% owned subsidiary EDP Renewables, S.A. (“EDPR”), has signed two a Sale and Purchase Agreement with Faria Renewables to sell 100% of 58 MW wind operating and under construction portfolio in Greece, for an estimated Enterprise Value of €0.12 billion, subject to customary adjustments at closing.

The transaction scope comprises one operating wind farm of 23 MW and one under construction wind farm of 35 MW, benefiting from 10-year Power Purchase Agreements.

The transaction is subject to usual conditions for a transaction of this nature before closing. 

This information is disclosed to the terms and for the purposes of article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
