General Meeting
The General Meeting is the company's highest body, through which shareholders actively participate in the company's decisions. The General Meeting has the powers laid down in the Articles of Association, under the terms of the applicable legislation.
General Meeting Board
The Board of the General Meeting is made up of a chairman and a vice-president, elected by the General Meeting as well as by the Company Secretary.
