ERSE and CER visit LABELEC

LABELEC received a study visit from a delegation from the Portuguese Energy Services Regulatory Authority (ERSE) and commissioners from the Electricity Regulatory Commissions of various Indian states, coordinated by the Indian Center for Energy Regulation (CER).

The visit was an opportunity for Indian state regulators and ERSE colleagues to learn about LABELEC laboratories and services, and also to exchange experiences and policies related to:

1) Regulatory governance and market design. 2) Regulatory framework for network tariffs and quality of supply, and 3) Market and regulatory innovation.
