More things you need to know

EDP Global Graduate Program 2026, formerly known as EDP Trainee Program, is a unique opportunity for early-career professionals to accelerate their careers within EDP, a leader in the energy transition. Designed to provide challenging experiences, international exposure, and continuous development, this program prepares our graduates to take on strategic key roles in EDP's future.

The EDP Global Graduate Program is an evolution of the former EDP Trainee Program and now offers a more comprehensive experience. The duration has been extended to 18 months, allowing for deeper and more sustained development, and includes an additional rotation that expands exposure to different areas of the organisation. This more diverse structure gives participants more learning opportunities, greater contact with different teams and challenges, and a broader view of the business, making the journey more enriching and transformative.

Yes, we will ask for your Grade Point Average (GPA), as it is an important reference. However, your application will not be assessed solely based on grades. We recognize that you are more than just numbers—your experiences, potential, and motivation are just as important. Since grading systems vary by country, we provide an equivalency table to help you determine the corresponding grade in the Portuguese system.

Check the grading equivalency table, HERE.

To help you assess your proficiency level, we provide a reference table based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). This applies not only to English but also to any other languages you speak, as we value multilingualism.
