OMS Diamond Gas Project - Management of incidents in EDP Gas' gas supply. Its goal is to support the entire management process of incidents in the gas supply in EDP's work. Such occurrences used to be managed manually, and are now controlled by a media system, from the reception of the incidents to the registration of the incidente when it is necessary for a team to intervene in order to control the repairing and restoration of the gas. The Innovation Award distinguishes projects developed by suppliers that demonstrate a capacity of innovation on levels such as of the product/service, the processes, the organization, and the communication and marketing, among others. The CGI's business is producing results.
