Pursuant to the terms and for the purposes of article 19 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council and of article 248-B of the Portuguese Securities code, EDP - Energias de Portugal SA (“EDP”) provides the following information to the market:

1. Mr. António Luís Guerra Nunes Mexia Chairman of EDP’s Executive Board of Directors, informed EDP that, as part of EDP – Energias de Portugal (“EDP”) General and Voluntary Public Tender Offer over EDPR, he has tendered 4,200 shares of EDPR share capital, at a price of 6.75 euros per share.
Following the above mentioned transaction, Mr. António Mexia no longer holds directly or indirectly shares of EDPR.

2. Mr. Nuno Maria Pestana de Almeida Alves, member of EDP’s Board of Directors, informed EDP that, as part of EDP – Energias de Portugal (“EDP”) General and Voluntary Public Tender Offer over EDPR, he has tendered 5,000 shares of EDPR share capital, at a price of 6.75 euros per share.
Following the above mentioned transaction, Mr. Nuno Alves no longer holds directly or indirectly shares of EDPR.

3. Mr. António Fernando Melo Martins da Costa, member of EDP’s Board of Directors, informed EDP that, as part of EDP – Energias de Portugal (“EDP”) General and Voluntary Public Tender Offer over EDPR, he and his spouse have tendered 1,480 shares of EDPR share capital, at a price of 6.75 euros per share.
Following the above mentioned transaction, Mr. António Martins da Costa no longer holds directly or indirectly shares of EDPR.

4. Mr. Miguel Nuno Simões Nunes Ferreira Setas, member of EDP’s Board of Directors, informed EDP that, as part of EDP – Energias de Portugal (“EDP”) General and Voluntary Public Tender Offer over EDPR, he has tendered 1,200 shares of EDPR share capital, at a price of 6.75 euros per share.
Following the above mentioned transaction, Mr. Miguel Setas no longer holds shares of EDPR.

5. Mr. Rui Manuel Rodrigues Lopes Teixeira member of EDP’s Board of Directors, informed EDP that, as part of EDP – Energias de Portugal (“EDP”) General and Voluntary Public Tender Offer over EDPR, he has his spouse tendered 12,370 shares of EDPR share capital, at a price of 6.75 euros per share.
Following the above mentioned transaction, Mr. Rui Teixeira no longer holds directly or indirectly shares of EDPR.

6. Mr. Miguel Stilwell de Andrade member of EDP’s Board of Directors, informed EDP that, as part of EDP – Energias de Portugal (“EDP”) General and Voluntary Public Tender Offer over EDPR, he has tendered 2,510 shares of EDPR share capital, at a price of 6.75 euros per share.
Following the above mentioned transaction, Mr. Rui Teixeira no longer holds shares of EDPR.

7. Mr. João Carvalho das Neves member of EDP’s General and Supervisory Board, informed EDP that, as part of EDP – Energias de Portugal (“EDP”) General and Voluntary Public Tender Offer over EDPR, he has tendered 3,200 shares of EDPR share capital, at a price of 6.75 euros per share.
Following the above mentioned transaction, Mr. João Carvalho das Neves no longer holds shares of EDPR.
