Mr. Miguel Nuno Simões Nunes Ferreira Setas, member of EDP's Executive Board of Directors ("EBD"), informed EDP that, on September 28th, he has acquired 6,000 shares of EDP – Energias do Brasil S.A. share capital, at a price of 14.87 euros per share.

Moreover, EDP informs that, after the above-mentioned acquisition, Mr. Miguel Nuno Simões Nunes Ferreira Setas holds 6,000 shares of EDP – Energias do Brasil S.A.  share capital.
