Lisbon, April 27th, 2021:In accordance with paragraph a) of article 3 of CMVM Regulation no. 5/2008, EDP - Energias de Portugal, S.A. (“EDP”) hereby informs the market and the public in general that Ms. Clara Patrícia Costa Raposo has tendered her resignation as Vice-Chairman of the General Shareholders’ Meeting of EDP.
