On May 14th, 2015, Capital Group notified EDP that, in accordance with article 20 of the Portuguese Securities Code, it holds a qualifying shareholding of 551,994,908 ordinary shares of EDP, which corresponds to 15.096% of EDP's share capital and of the respective voting rights.

The dividends will be available for payment starting on May 14th, 2015 and will be of €0.185 gross dividend per share.

On May 11th, 2015, Barclays, Plc.notified EDP that, in accordance with article 20 of the Portuguese Securities Code, it holds a qualifying shareholding of 99,265,250 ordinary shares of EDP, which corresponds to 2.71% of EDP's share capital and of the respective voting rights.

On April 24th, 2014, BlackRock, Inc. ("BlackRock") notified EDP that, in accordance with article 20 of the Portuguese Securities Code, it holds a qualifying shareholding of 182,733,180 ordinary shares of EDP, which corresponds to 4.997% of EDP's share capital and of the respective voting rights. The 5.00% of EDP's share capital was crossed on April 20th, 2015.

On May 18th, 2015, JP Morgan Chase & Co. notified EDP that, in accordance with article 20 of the Portuguese Securities Code, it holds a qualifying shareholding of 105,747,025 ordinary shares of EDP, which corresponds to 2.89% of EDP's share capital and of the respective voting rights.

On May 20th, 2015, Barclays, Plc. notified EDP regarding the decrease of a qualifying holding from 2.71% to 1.09% of EDP's share capital.
