EDP – Energias de Portugal, S.A. announces the expected dates for the following 2016 corporate events.

EDP Renováveis S.A. ("EDPR"), 77.5% controlled by EDP, has reached an agreement with a consortium of investors led by Axium Infrastructure ("Axium") to sell a minority cash equity interest representing 340 MW in a US wind portfolio with a total installed capacity of 1,002 MW.

EDP Serviço Universal S.A. agreed today the sale of EUR 93 million, and the respective interest, of the 2014 tariff deficit.

EDP proceeded to the total early redemption of the notes with the Central Securities Depository and to the subsequent cancellation of the notes, in the total amount of €150m.

The Brazilian electricity regulator, ANEEL, approved a Tariff Readjustment Index of 36.27% for EDP Escelsa, for the period from August 7th 2015 to August 6th 2016, leading to a 2.04% average tariff increase.

EDPR announced that it will hold off the potential listing of a YieldCo and will continue evaluating alternatives of expanding its existing Asset Rotation program.

EDP priced today a 5.5-year non-call subordinated notes issuance in the total amount of EUR 750 million, with final maturity date in September 2075 and a coupon of 5.375%.
