Success stories
All university or technical-vocational students who have completed their first year of studies and are currently enrolled in educational institutions in Portugal, Italy, Romania, or Singapore.
This program offers students an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the job market while still focusing on their studies. With a flexible schedule with no fixed hours, participants can enhance their skills, increase their visibility, and develop competencies relevant to their future careers.
Participants will have access to an exclusive learning path that allows them to enhance their knowledge of EDP and the energy sector. They will have the opportunity to meet experienced professionals in their fields of interest, expand their network, gain visibility within a leading company, and improve their communication skills through dedicated workshops that will advance their professional careers.
At the conclusion of the program, participants will receive a certificate of participation to enrich their résumés.
The benefits of this program are non-monetary, as it does not qualify as an internship and does not constitute an employment relationship between each participant and EDP.
Given the program's flexible conditions, an exclusive commitment to EDP is not required, and participants may withdraw at any time by formally notifying the company via email.
Participants will represent EDP at their educational institutions, fostering a strong connection between the company and their academic community.
Throughout the program, participants will be encouraged to complete challenges aligned with the following responsibilities:
1) Sharing content about EDP on social media platforms
2) Promoting EDP's opportunities, events, and initiatives within their academic community
3) Providing suggestions and ideas for enhancing EDP's engagement with the academic community
Participation in these activities is voluntary and may require 4 to 10 hours of the participant’s time each month with a flexible schedule (no fixed hours).
Participants may withdraw at any time by formally notifying the company via email.
The program runs alongside the student’s academic year. In this edition, it will start in November 2025 and end in May 2026.
The recruitment process is divided into four simple steps:
- Application completion
- Initial screening
- Video interview
- Final selection
All candidates will receive positive or negative feedback on their application via email once the process has been completed.
English proficiency is valued, but not mandatory.
