EDP/2054 – Fixed to Reset Rate Green Hybrid Notes due September 2054 - 2nd Coupon Interest Payment

Lisbon, March 9^th, 2026: Pursuant to the terms and for the purposes of the articles 13.º - B and 29.º - K of the Portuguese Securities Code and article 7 of the Portuguese Securities Market Commission’s Regulation no. 1/2023, EDP, S.A. (“EDP”) is providing the following information to the market: 

EDP hereby informs the bondholders that the interests regarding the 2^nd coupon of the notes with the Central Securities Depository code EDPSOM will be payable since 16^th March 2026 with the following amounts:

*Subject to corporate/personal withholding income tax in accordance to the taxation rules and rates applicable at the payment date.
