Floating PV Lab - Form

For the purposes of analysing and managing the contact request regarding the testing of technologies in a real environment, within the scope of the Floating PV Lab project, EDP – Gestão da Produção de Energia, S.A. (hereinafter “EDP Produção”) will process the personal data hereby collected as the data controller. The legal basis for processing these data is EDP Produção’s legitimate interest in following up on your request and, at a later stage, the performance of the agreement to be formalised between the entity and EDP Produção within the scope of the aforementioned Project. Your data will be retained by EDP Produção for the period necessary to pursue the above-mentioned purpose, or for a longer period if EDP Produção is legally required to do so. In all cases, EDP Produção implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the protection of personal data.

If you have shared personal data of third parties in the relevant form, you confirm that you have obtained their authorisation and that you have provided them with the information set out herein. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction or objection by sending an email to the data controller. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados) if you believe that your rights in this matter have not been respected.
