EDP S.A., with registered office at Avenida 24 de Julho, no. 12, Lisbon, Portugal and unified registration and taxpayer ID number 500697256, ("EDP") is the data controller for any personal data submitted through the above form, for the purpose of sending newsletters related to the Yes Program. The processing of this data is based on your consent. Please be advised that EDP may engage data processors to process this data on its behalf, in accordance with agreements concluded with those entities, and EDP's instructions. EDP may have  to transfer your data to other organizations (i) if required by law, (ii) to ensure compliance with legal obligations/court orders, (iii) in accordance with decisions from the relevant supervisory authorities, or (iv) to comply with requests from public or governmental authorities. EDP will retain your personal data for no longer than is necessary to fulfil the aforementioned purposes, for a longer period if legally required, or until you withdraw your consent. In any case, EDP will always implement appropriate technical and organizational measures.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction of processing, or objection to processing, by sending an email to the data controller. You may also withdraw your consent at any time; the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese National Data Protection Commission [Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados – CNPD] if you believe that your rights regarding this matter have not been upheld.
