EDP Professional Internship is a full-time internship for young university students or recent graduates who want to enter a professional experience lasting between 3 months and 2 years, depending on the location. You have the opportunity to deepen your academic knowledge while learning from the best professionals and contributing your energy to challenging projects.

The application process for the EDP Professional Internship is open all year. The recruitment process is fully remote and consists of these 4 stages: online application, CV screening, online assessment, and interview.

EDP's internship was my first professional experience. During my internship I had the opportunity to bridge the gap between the financial area and the Digital area of the DGU (Digital Global Unit). Financially managing Digital's products was my main activity in which I interacted with colleagues from different backgrounds and hierarchies, which allowed me to learn and develop skills with the best professionals in these areas. Additionally, I also had the opportunity to help automate consultation processes by implementing a Power BI dashboard, which motivated me to learn more about this tool. At EDP, there is a challenge for all profiles, from commercial areas to technical or Digital areas.

Each edition is a new opportunity for us to invite young people to deepen their academic knowledge through a professional and multidisciplinary experience. To achieve all of our goals, we intend to attract young people through the various opportunities we create, such as the EDP Professional Internship program.
The EDP Professional Internship has a duration of 3 months to 2 years, depending on the location.
An EDP Professional intern is a student or newly graduated young individual, who has completed their final academic degree less than 3 years ago (secondary education, bachelor's degree or master's degree), and who has less than 2 years of professional experience in their area of training.
We look for more than technical skills and academic knowledge, we look for people who want to put their ambition and knowledge in action.
Through EDP's Professional Internship you will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge in your preferred professional area: Management, economics and finance; commercial, marketing and digital; engineering; informatics, data science and analytics; among others.
The recruitment process takes place in a remote system and includes several phases: (1) Online application; (2) Initial screening; (3) Online tests; (4) Interview.
