ERSE announces electricity tariffs for 2015 and parameters for the 2015-17 period

The Portuguese Energy Services Regulatory Authority ("ERSE") made public today the final document regarding the "Tariffs and prices for electricity and other services in 2015 and parameters for the 2015-2017 regulatory period" in Portugal. The published document does not introduce any material change when compared to the proposal presented by ERSE on last October, 15th.
Pursuant to the terms and for the purposes of article 248 of the Portuguese Securities code, EDP - Energias de Portugal SA ("EDP") is providing the following information to the market:
The Portuguese Energy Services Regulatory Authority ("ERSE") made public today the final document regarding the "Tariffs and prices for electricity and other services in 2015 and parameters for the 2015-2017 regulatory period" in Portugal. The published document does not introduce any material change when compared to the proposal presented by ERSE on last October, 15th. Recall that following the disclosure of this proposal, EDP issued a press release to the market with the relevant numbers and conclusions.
