European Year for Active Ageing Competition

EDP's Valorizar a Experiência (Valuing Experience) programme was recognized in the European Year for Active Ageing and Intergenerational Solidarity Competition. The initiative received an honourable mention in the Workplaces for All Ages category. Valuing Experience seeks to recognize, thank and capture the work of employees with more than thirty years' experience working in the same company.
