Remuneration Committee of the General Shareholders’ Meeting

Proposals for the remuneration policies of the governing bodies, with the exception of the members of the Executive Board of Directors, are carried out by the Remuneration Committee elected by the General Meeting for approval by the General Meeting, in accordance with the applicable legislation.

Its functioning is regulated by internal regulation.
