Scarlet Solar and Energy Storage consists of two solar phases and two storage phases. It is located in Fresno County, California, approximately 3.5 miles west-southwest of the community of Tranquillity and approximately 6.5 miles east of Interstate 5 (I-5). The site complements the area’s desert landscape while harnessing the region’s abundant sun.
