Project overview

Cattlemen Solar consists of two phases and is located in the northeast corner of Milam County, Texas, approximately 70 miles northeast of Austin. The site is entirely on private, non- cultivated land that would be leased from landowners who recognize the benefits of hosting a solar project.

Cattlemen Solar yields significantly in the form of payments to landowners, local spending, and annual community investment. Cattlemen Solar is also compatible with other land uses and provides a stable form of income to local landowners.

Cattlemen II recycled 121,854 lbs of solar panels and associated material through SOLARCYCLE and McCarthy Building Companies during construction.
