Our team of specialists will conduct a fully digital, inclusive, and efficient process to ensure a positive and memorable experience for all candidates.
The program will take place between November 10th and December 19th, 2025.
What we have to offer
- A 1-month experience with development initiatives (2 activities in a hybrid or remote model)
- Learn and develop useful skills for your professional future (e.g. social, technological and interpersonal skills)
What we're looking for
- People aged 18 or over, with visible or invisible disabilities, who are currently studying or have recently completed their studies, or who are working but seeking to develop skills for new opportunities;
- Minimum digital skills, as the programme will be delivered in a hybrid or remote format
- Good knowledge of English, Portuguese or Spanish to ensure full participation in the programme

This training initiative aims to empower people with disabilities by enhancing their professional development. Through activities focused on transferable skills, we offer an experience that helps participants reflect on their strengths, set clear career goals, and develop essential skills.

The programme is aimed at people with visible or invisible disabilities who are studying, have recently completed their studies or are working but wish to develop skills to seek new professional opportunities.
Requirements for participation:
- People with visible or invisible disabilities.
- Students or professionals who wish to develop skills for new opportunities.
- Basic digital skills, as the programme will be delivered in a hybrid or remote format.
- Proficiency in English, Portuguese or Spanish.
The selection process is 100% digital and consists of two stages:
- Online application: fill in the application form and submit the necessary documents.
- Screening and selection: our DEIB team will review your application quickly, efficiently, and inclusively.

The programme sessions will be tailored to participants' needs. They can take place in the morning, afternoon or evening, including after working hours, so that everyone can participate, regardless of their schedule.
- Skills development: participants will have access to development activities (two per month), in hybrid or remote format, covering social, technological and interpersonal skills.
- Professional experience: participants will have the opportunity to experience disruptive development formats, such as job shadowing.
- CV enhancement: by participating, you can enrich your CV with new skills and experiences
- Expansion of your network: you will have the opportunity to increase your professional network through mentoring and networking activities.
The programme does not offer a fixed salary. However, it does offer an opportunity to gain new skills and experience that could be valuable for your future career.
Although the programme does not guarantee direct job offers at the end, its aim is to increase your chances in the job market by providing practical experience, guidance and improving your CV. In addition, the network of contacts you build during the programme can open doors to new professional opportunities.
Yes! The programme is designed to be inclusive, catering to people with visible and invisible disabilities. We also provide an accessible selection process, with assistance available if you require additional support during your application or participation.
After applying, our DEIB team will conduct the screening and selection process. If selected, you will receive more information about the programme's activities and schedule. Development sessions will begin in the following weeks, with the possibility of participating in remote or hybrid activities.
