Mr. António Luís Guerra Nunes Mexia, Chairman of EDP Executive Board of Directors, informed EDP that he has acquired 10,000 shares of EDP share capital.

Moreover, EDP informs that, after the above-mentioned acquisition, Mr. António Luís Guerra Nunes Mexia holds 81,000 shares of EDP's share capital.
