Lisbon, December 15th, 2020: The Portuguese Electricity Regulator (“ERSE”) released today the final document regarding the “Tariffs and prices for electricity in 2021” in Portugal. The final document introduces no material change to EDP - Energias de Portugal, S.A. (“EDP”) nor to the evolution of the Portuguese electricity system’s regulatory receivables, when compared to the proposal presented by ERSE on last October 15th. Recall that following the disclosure of this proposal, EDP issued a press release to the market with the relevant numbers and conclusions.
