EDP Serviço Universal, S.A. ("EDP SU"), the last resort supplier of the Portuguese regulated electric system, 100% owned by EDP, transferred today, without recourse, the annuities amounts of 2012 and 2013 related to the reclassification of the cogeneration overcost from renewable sources during 2009-2011 period in the amount of €185 million.
