EDP's Executive Board of Directors resolved, following the waiver of prior opinion by the General and Supervisory Board, to initiate a process towards the potential sale of shares through a public offer up to a 14% stake in EDP – Energias do Brasil S.A.. EDP Group currently holds 64.8% of EDP – Energias do Brasil S.A., the subsidiary of the Group for the Brazilian electricity market and listed in Sao Paulo Stock Exchange (Bovespa: ENBR3).
