Within the scope of the collaboration protocol between ICNB and EDP relative to the implementation of a plan to improve the conservation status of migratory fish and their habitats, characterization studies were developed to identify the main factors responsible for the reduction of existing migratory fish species along the 27 km stretch of the Cávado River between its mouth and the Penide dam.
