We Choose Earth Tour conference: attendance confirmation
1. Responsible for Treatment
EDP, S.A., a company with the sole number of legal entity and registration in the Commercial Registry 500 697 256, with the share capital of 4.184,021,624 Euros, head office at Avenida 24 de Julho, nº 12, 1249-300 Lisbon ("EDP"), and e-mail address: brand@edp.com, is responsible for processing the personal data submitted on this form.
2. Purposes of processing and legal basis
The personal data collected, namely your full name, email, company, position and country will be processed for the purpose of registration and access to the Conference and for sending electronic communications related to the We Choose Earth Tour conference, after obtaining your consent. EDP will process the data strictly necessary for the pursuit of its legitimate interest related to the organization and management of the Conference including satisfaction surveys.
For the purpose indicated related to the sending of newsletters, personal data will be processed based on your consent.
3. Recipients
The personal data will be communicated to Win World, S.A., located at Espaço das Amoreiras - Centro Empresarial, Rua D. João V, Nº 24, 1. 03, Sala 8 1250-091 Lisbon, acting as sub-contractor, which, in turn, uses the services of AKT Marketing & Sales Promotion, Lda, a company with registered office at Rua Sarmento de Beires, nº 17-B, 1900-410 Lisbon, with the sole number of legal entity and registration in the Commercial Registry Office 510727891 to send the tickets, communications and reminders related to the Conference, carrying out specific processing activities as sub-contractor and on behalf of EDP. The data may also be communicated to third parties when the transmission is made in compliance with a legal obligation, a resolution of the National Data Protection Commission or other relevant control entity, or a court order; or when the communication is carried out for another legitimate purpose provided by law.
4. Data transfers to third countries
EDP will process personal data entirely within the territory of the European Economic Area (EEA) and therefore does not envisage any international data transfer.
5. Period of conservation
Your personal data will be kept only until the end of July, approximately one month after the Conference has taken place, and will be deleted thereafter. Data may be kept beyond this period where necessary for the defense of legal claims or for historical or statistical research purposes or for obtaining other relevant statistics. In any event, we will retain personal data for only as long as is strictly necessary and will attempt, wherever possible, to produce our statistics on the basis of anonymous data.
6. Rights of data subjects
In accordance with applicable law, the data subject may at any time request access to personal data concerning him or her, as well as rectification, erasure and limitation of processing, withdraw consent, request portability of his or her data, or oppose its processing if the conditions provided for by law are met.
