EDP is the first company to operate hybrid projects, which combine solar and wind power, in Spain, Portugal, and Poland. In Spain, the three hybrid projects sum 103,35 MW. This feat highlights its commitment to innovation with new technologies to maximize energy efficiency. Hybridization enables an increase of up to 40% in the park's energy production via the addition of another renewable energy source.

Ocean Winds, the offshore wind joint venture created by EDP Renewables and ENGIE, announces the first export of electricity from the project, which is under development in Scotland.
