Notes due 1 June 2026” (ISIN: XS1419664997)” (“2023 Notes”) (together, the “Notes”), EDP – Energias de Portugal, S.A. hereby announces that the substitution of the current issuer (IE2 Holdco, S.A.U.) by EDP – Energias de Portugal, S.A. was completed.
