Following a request by CMVM, Portuguese stock market regulator, EDP wants to clarify that it is interested on the disposal process of the Dong Energy wind power assets in the Iberian Peninsula, taking into account the high quality of the referred wind power assets in terms of wind resources and the currently existing partnership between EDP and Dong in some of these assets. If in the future the ongoing process results in a financial commitment to EDP, that fact will be immediately communicated to the market.
