BlackRock informs on qualified shareholding in EDP
Lisbon, October 8th, 2024: EDP, S.A. (EDP) is providing the following information to the market:
On October 7th, 2024, BlackRock notified EDP its group restructure following the acquisition of Global Infrastructure Management LLC (“GIP”) and accordingly, change in title of attribution of voting rights.
In the context of this notification, BlackRock informed EDP that it had decreased its respective shareholder participation to 6.13% of EDP’s share capital and of the respective voting rights, comparatively to 6.33% reported on December 31st, 2023.
The last notification received on April 22nd, 2022, BlackRock presented a shareholder participation of 9.37% following acquisition or disposal of financial instrument and voting rights.
