The time is now. While we should put GWs of renewables and electrification “on the ground”, we must also invent our energy future… today. Innovation and collaboration are the key words.”
Innovation is at the center of the Energy Transition revolution. In a context of increased complexity and uncertainty, with multiple objectives playing into an orderly Energy Transition, the sector needs to find the new solutions that will enable existing technologies to be more cost efficient and new technologies to become economically viable.”
I’m thrilled to participate in EDPP-R’s R&D Tech Conference and happy actively contribute into the Energy Transition discussion. Portugal needs to capitalize, both indoors but also externally, its high innovative and creative pillars and strong engineering capabilities to lead the Energy Transition in Europe”
The energy transition is one of the biggest challenges of our times and will not be solved if we don’t continue to innovate and bring efficient solutions to the market. In a sector that is being transformed by the biggest capital reallocation, without innovation, there will be no energy transition."
