This non-technical summary (NTS) is an autonomous piece included in the Alvito Hydroelectric Station environmental impact study (EIS). It aims to provide a synthesis of the contents of the EIS in order to disseminate its conclusions. Accordingly, it offers a clear and objective glimpse of the project under study along with the most important results of the assessment that has been carried out. Alvito Hydroelectric Station is located in the municipalities of Castelo Branco and Vila Velha de Rodão.
